Our way of cooking is based on the most traditional Piemontese cuisine, with the addition of some personal notes of interpretation. Our menus vary according to the season, that is according to what our vegetable garden and our orchard offer. Our eggs give a particular taste to our home made pasta and to our sweetmeats and reminds our customers of savours and flavours almost forgotten.
Typical dishes such as “Bagna cauda” and “Piedmontese mixed fry” (fried meat and vegetables)are prepared only under reservation. According to the criteria established by the Farm Holiday Centre it is possible to personalize the menu for ceremonies or parties.
