Vegetables, fruits and meats are directly produced by the farm and are destined both for the Farm Holiday Centre and for the sale at the company store.

As regards the fruit and vegetable sector, we cultivate orchards with apples, peaches, cherries, hazelnuts and plums. In the vegetable garden we cultivate vegetables as well as aromatic herbs used in the kitchen and to prepare liqueurs.

Other lands are cultivated with corn, barley and hay, necessary to feed the animals bred in the farm according the traditional methods of Piedmont’s country such as chickens, rabbits, guinea-fowls, ducks, pigs, goats and oxen.
